Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a mix of experiences. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and I loved the showers. However, the service was a letdown with multiple issues during my stay. The location was not as close to the beach as expected, and the dining was a highlight with amazing Spanish dishes.
The hotel had some issues with the rooms due to a leak from upstairs causing electricity problems, but overall, the room I stayed in on the 18th floor was incredibly spacious with a fantastic view of Barcelona. The service was top-notch, especially Ariana who went above and beyond by surprising my grandson with a birthday cake and a song. The location was lovely and chic, offering a relaxing atmosphere and great amenities like jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. While the dining experience was not perfect, the free happy hour tapas and drinks with a stunning view from the 24th floor made up for it.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were fantastic, modern, with a great view, a fabulous bed, and a spotlessly clean bathroom with a huge shower, but unfortunately, there were issues with electricity due to a leak from upstairs. The service was mostly excellent, with brilliant, welcoming, and professional staff, but there were some serious hiccups with room changes and the promised complimentary mini-bar. The location was convenient, close to the metro and the beach, although not ideal for those wanting a downtown experience. The dining was good with lots on offer, but there were issues with waiting times and availability. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
